Compart Family Farms – Nicollet, Minnesota

All of our pork (except bacon) is proudly sourced from Compart Family Farms — a third-generation, family-run operation in southern Minnesota. Renowned for their premium Duroc pork, Compart delivers rich marbling, bold flavor, and unmatched tenderness. Their commitment to top-tier genetics and sustainable farming has earned them the reputation as the “Black Angus of Pork.” Whether it’s our pork chops or house-made sausages, you’ll taste the difference.

Joyce Farms – Winston-Salem, North Carolina

We use Joyce Farms beef exclusively in our grass-fed burgers. This North Carolina-based farm is known for heritage breed cattle raised with no antibiotics, hormones, or shortcuts. Their pasture-raised practices and focus on regenerative agriculture result in beef with a deep, natural flavor — perfect for a burger that’s as thoughtful as it is delicious.

Tender Belly – Denver, Colorado

All of our bacon comes from Tender Belly, a bold and innovative pork company based in Denver. They work exclusively with heritage breed pigs raised on vegetarian diets, without hormones or antibiotics. Their thick-cut bacon is slow-cured and full of flavor — the perfect balance of smoky, savory, and indulgent. It’s bacon, elevated.
